For nearly 20 years, Sanobar Grill has been a home for authentic Lebanese and Turkish cuisine in Singapore’s heritage district.
Founded by Chef Nabil Baroudi, whose culinary journey began in Tripoli, Lebanon, Sanobar was born from a lifelong dream to share the rich flavours and heartfelt hospitality of the Mediterranean with the world.
From his early days running a small takeaway in Tripoli, to serving at the Lebanese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, and later opening his first eateries on Arab Street, Chef Nabil’s journey found its true home here at 20 Baghdad Street
